Normally our driver will hold guest`s nameboard and standby in front of arrival lobby at each airport. However due to 2020 Tokyo Olympic is approaching, chauffeur‐driven hired car and taxi will not be able to access parking area so we will park our vehicle at below location. Please find the guideline for how to find your vehicle and meet your driver below.
Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (2F International Arrival Lobby)
During the Tokyo Olympics, our vehicles will be parked in the taxi lane on the 1st floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 3. The driver is standing by with your name board next to or in front of the vehicle.
How to access to taxi lane from terminal 3 arrival lobby
Narita Airport Terminal 1 (1F Arrival Lobby)
Narita Airport Terminal 1 has a South Wing and a North Wing. Customers arriving from the South Wing will exit from South Exit S2, cross two pedestrian crossings and board from the innermost lane. Customers arriving from the North Wing will exit from North Exit N2, cross two pedestrian crossings and board from the innermost lane. The area painted in red on the map is the hired vehicle lane. The driver will be waiting for your arrival with your name board standing next to or in front of the car.
Narita Airport Terminal 2 (1F Arrival Lobby)
Customers arriving at Narita Airport Terminal 2 will exit from the central exit on the 1st floor of the arrival floor, cross two pedestrian crossings (bus lanes), and board in the innermost lane. Please proceed on the sidewalk. The area painted in red on the map is the hired vehicle lane. The driver will be waiting for your arrival with your name board standing next to or in front of the car.
