Kamakura is the closest tourist area from the center of Tokyo. With its location close to the ocean, just driving along in one of our charter vehicles or charter bus is refreshing. You can visit the historical sites of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and Hase Temple, which are both classified as Important Cultural Property of Japan. Across from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine are Komachi-dori and Wakamiya-Odori, streets filled with many eateries and souvenir shops is just a feast for your eyes.
The Hase-dera Temple is famous as the “Flower Temple”, where you can enjoy various seasonal flowers throughout the year. Many tourists flock to this temple in June, when Hydrangea is in full bloom. From the temple precincts you have a great view of Kamakura city and Yuigagahama. The trip to Kamakura is finished off by visiting the Buddha of Kotokuin Temple, which is often called “Kamakura’s Great Buddha” or the “Great Buddha of Hase” and is a symbol of Kamakura. You can also enter the Great Buddha. If you’re going to Kamakura, it is somewhere you must visit at least once. It is recommended that you rent one of our charter vehicles, so that you can return to your accommodation at a leisurely pace if you are tired from sightseeing.
