2. What if I need to make a reservation?
Price usually changes from time to time due to availability & seasonality so the quote we offered normally only valid within 5 days. If you would like to make a reservation please let us know in an early stage so we can proceed booking arrangement properly. You may choose a payment method either by credit card or bank wire transfer. Once payment is done your service will be secured soon!
3. How do I use your airport transfer service?
For airport pickup by our charter bus, there will be a meeting staff holding your name board standby at arrival lobby waiting for your arrival. Once cleared immigration you will find your name board and our staff will greet and escort you to our vehicle.

4. For airport transfer service, what if my flight arrive earlier or later than scheduled arrival time?
We will monitor your flight status normally and adjust pickup time if necessary. If there is a major change we will re-schedule the service if there is an available vehicle for the updated schedule.
5. What if I cannot find my name board at airport?
Solution①: Please try to find again as sometimes there are 2 exit gate for arrival terminal so driver might be at different gate which is close to another.
Solution②: Please call driver (For sedan or van type as English speaking driver is available) that the contact details will be provided in advance to you by sending you email.

For airport transfer, price we offer are all inclusive, which contains vehicle fuel, toll charge, parking fee in airport, meeting & greeting service charge and tax.
For private tour, price we offer are normally contains vehicle fuel, toll charge if necessary, parking fee while in tour and tax. If there is an extra request from customer, we will includes fees such as entrance fee, meal fee and others.

7. Payment method
1. Credit Card - Includes VISA、MasterCard、JCB、Diners Card & American Express.
2. Bank Wire Transfer - We will issue invoice to you and please complete the transfer before the due day indicated.

8. Are all vehicles insured?
Yes all vehicles are insured with both Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability insurance.
9. What language stream for interpreter-guide you provide?
Besides English stream, we are able to provide Chinese, Korean, Russian, Italian, Spanish, and others all over Japan.

All changes need to be contacted by either phone or email to us prior to the tour date! Please find below details:

11. For private tour, what if we need to extend or shorten service hour?
1. If you would like to extend please let us know by call us or letting the tour guide we provide know. We will confirm and get back to you soon! For the extra charge you need to be hand in cash to driver or guide directly.
2. If you would like to shorten your service hour please let us know we will change route and escort you to your destination earlier based on your request. However there will be no any refund for the shorten part.
